The Island’s Premier Gourmet Restaurant-Antilia by Savant Fine Dining 

The word “Antilles” originated in the period before the European conquest of the New World — Antilia being one of those mysterious, mystical lands which figured on the medieval charts, sometimes as an archipelago, sometimes as continuous land of greater or lesser extent. Its location fluctuated in mid-ocean between the Canary Islands and India. 

Today, on Scrub Island, Antilia  by Savant Fine Dining is the island’s premier restaurant. Here, this mystical place will have a “elemental” and “before mankind” air, and luxurious, elegant and authentic adornments will promote that feeling. 

Antilia by Savant FIne Dining will only have ten tables. There will only be two seatings. Service will be impeccable. The cuisine will be exquisite. The menu will be previewed to guests by the chef prior to dinner, with the chef specifying details and curiosities about the unique ingredients of the evening’s creations. It is then the guests’ choice to decide if that day’s remarkable modern day discovery is something they would like to experience.

Dinner at Antilia will be the ultimate private-island dining experience. Full white linens and candles, dimmed light, servers dressed in floor length white or black aprons. Recipes found no where in the world. Each night at Antila will be an adventure in the delicious and the exotic, with presentations and flavors continually pushing the envelope of the modern worlds’ culinary arts. Antilia is why food connoisseurs will have come to Scrub Island. Reservations only, limited exclusive seating.
