Go for the Gold: New Racing Clinic in the British Virgin Islands

Colgateq26-RaceClinic-1_700x465There is a premium new racing clinic in the British Virgin Islands that calls Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina home. This remarkable four-day racing program is geared for towards competitive sailors seeking an experience in the picturesque British Virgin Islands, and hosted by America’s Cup and Olympic racer Steve Colgate, recently inducted into the National Sailing Hall of Fame in October 2015. Instructional staff includes four veteran Offshore Performance Race Week coaches, led by Mumm Worlds Champion, Robert (Bobby) Brooks. Attendees can expect non-stop racing instruction aboard four high performance Colgate 26 keelboats – mornings and afternoons – with shore seminars, parties, regattas and even time to relax and explore this sailors’ paradise.
