Our signature fine dining restaurant, anchored by breathtaking views overlooking the marina and neighboring islands. The menu is inspired by a culinary journey through the spice trade and how it shaped Caribbean cuisine, featuring flavorful creations built around indigenous ingredients and our resort’s own garden harvest. Dress shorts, collared shirts, and evening resort wear are perfectly welcome.
