Scrub Island Resort Offering Two Options for Thanksgiving Day Dining
WHO: Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina, a serene 230-acre private-island haven situated at the east end of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. WHAT: Scrub Island Resort has announced to options for Thanksgiving Day Dining at the resort’s signature restaurant, Cardamom & Co, and at Marina Cay Bar & Grill – located just off the shore from Scrub Island on its own eight-acre island.
Cardamom & Co will feature a choice of spanakopita or roasted butternut squash soup; green mango & christophine salad; entrée selection of wild-caught Atlantic salmon, turkey breast, or grilled ribeye with superior sides; and either pumpkin pie with caramel sauce, cheesecake with berry compote or rum raisin ice cream. The cost is $89 per person ($45 for children), including an additional 20% service charge.
The menu is priced at $40 per person ($20 for children) at Marina Cay Bar & Grill and includes, oven-roasted cider-brined turkey breast with pan gravy and a choice of two sides (candied yams, herb stuffing, mac & cheese, festive rice, market sauteed vegetables). Dessert specials include spiced pumpkin pie with vanilla ice cream or pecan pie with vanilla ice cream.
