Based in Tampa, Florida, Mainsail Lodging & Development has been in business for nearly 20 years. With a current portfolio that includes hotels and large-scale apartment projects, Mainsail is large enough to be an established presence in the industry, but still small enough to ensure attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
Scrub Island is a passion project of company founder Joe Collier, who fell in love with this little slice of paradise while on vacation in 2003. Since construction began in 2005, Collier and Mainsail have worked tirelessly to maintain the private island ambiance while still creating an exclusive resort community, which has garnered numerous international awards and accolades.
