Menu highlights include Abhyanga, a whole-body massage with herbal oil; Shirodhara, a treatment of warm herbal oil poured directly onto the forehead and scalp; and the Herbal Poultice Massage, with warm essential oils drizzled over the body. The menu also includes a complete Ayurvedic Consultation to determine body type and current state of mind, with recommendations on nutrition, yoga and purification treatments.
