Couples craving an exciting island escape will fall for Scrub Island Resort this Valentine’s Day. The day begins with a chocolate-inspired breakfast and high tea, after which guests can explore the island, slip away for a spa experience, or simply relax at poolside or on an isolated beach. As evening falls, the Lover’s Villa Sunset Party begins, with guests toasting a breathtaking sunset with a pink champagne or strawberry cocktail while indulging on chocolate creations from Scrub Island’s remarkable culinary team. Once the sun has set, couples can head to Caravela for a six-course Valentine’s Dinner or reserve one of five private Love Huts on the beach for a truly romantic meal under the stars. Wherever guests dine, the after party will be hosted poolside, where guests will sip chocolate cocktails and enjoy live music.

Scrub Island Resort is also bringing in professional mixologist Karl McCall from Hersey Entertainment and Resorts to host a number of chocolate-inspired events, including a Rum and Chocolate Tasting on Feb. 12 and 17, a Make Your Own Chocolate Martinis Class on Feb. 13, and a Wine and Chocolate Tasting on Feb. 16.
